These Terms and Conditions govern your use of minigolfcarpet.com and any purchase of products or services from RevProTech, Inc. d/b/a MiniGolf Carpet.
1. What We Provide
Mini Golf Carpet supplies miniature golf carpet and synthetic turf, and provides installation, concrete repair, and resurfacing services for miniature golf courses. Products and services are sold to businesses and property owners.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not binding until we confirm your order in writing. Material and freight costs may change, and site conditions or inaccurate measurements may require a revised price.
3. Orders and Payment
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. All materials, excluding concrete patch, must be paid for and delivered on site before installation begins.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Inspect shipments on arrival, note visible damage on the delivery receipt, and report concealed damage promptly.
5. Custom Cuts, Returns, and Cancellations
Custom and cut goods are not returnable or refundable. Uncut, unused stock items in original condition are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.
6. Installation Work
You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area. Outdoor installation and concrete work depend on suitable weather conditions, and completion estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed.
7. Warranty
We warrant installation workmanship against defects for 12 months from completion. Carpet and turf products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to an order, product, or service will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevProTech, Inc. d/b/a MiniGolf Carpet, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or undisclosed property conditions.
10. Photographs and Intellectual Property
All Site content is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, you grant us permission to photograph completed work for our portfolio, website, and marketing.
11. Site Use
You agree not to use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with its operation.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Penobscot County, Maine.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply shortages, carrier delays, government action, or utility failures.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted here with a new Last updated date and applies to orders placed after that date.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with your accepted quote or order confirmation, form the entire agreement between us.
